Fortune is reporting this morning that cloud-gaming company Gaikai may be looking for a buyer. The company, led by gaming veteran David Perry, has been a rival to OnLive and has produced a few interesting opportunities for gamers – including the offer to play World of Warcraft on Facebook. The company is reportedly hiring bankers and is looking for “in excess of $500 million”. The company has $45 million in funding.
